Keyholder (Full-Time)

Location: Westhampton Beach, NY and Sayville, NY

Schedule: Up to 32-40 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Keyholder to join our boutique. As a Keyholder, you will help lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, retail, and building client relationships.

The ideal candidate will also have a strong skillset in social media content creation, as this is a vital part of the role during downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

Meet or exceed established performance goals.
Provide personalized customer service and build strong client relationships. This includes Phone and email outreach to both established and developing clients to communicate updates, events, and follow-ups.
Ability to give advice on general style trends, showing passion for fashion and high value products.
Maintain an expert knowledge of products to assist clients confidently. Product training will be provided.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment for all customers.

Store Operations

Open and close the store when scheduled as the “Manager on Duty”
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout the store
Support all day-to-day store tasks, including, but not limited to shipping orders, restocking, floor moves, and inventory management

Inventory & Fulfillment

Receive, unpack, and process merchandise shipments
Accurately process online orders in a timely manner
Assist with inventory counts and stock organization

Team Support

Act as a role model to team members
Communicate effectively with leadership and team about goals and updates
Help uphold all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

1+ year of retail experience preferred
High school graduate or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with client relationship management and customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays
Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs
Knowledge of latest styles and trends
Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
Proficiency with Apple devices, G-Suite, and Shopify, and Klaviyo a plus
Comfortable working both independently and with a team
