Standard Return Policy
We offer free returns for Store credit or exchange only.
All returns must be requested within 14-days of receiving your item(s). Please note that Jewelry, Intimates, Beauty and Skincare products, Detour of the Moment/Trunk Show items, Gift cards and Sale Items are Final sale. Shipping costs are not included as part of store credit or exchange value.
Eligibility
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a a return or exchange, you can navigate to our Returns Portal. You must have the order number and the email or phone number associated with the order to start the return. For questions/issues, please contact shop@detourboutiques.com
Incorrect or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Jewelry, Swimwear, Intimates, Beauty and Skincare products, Detour of the Moment/Trunk Show items, Gift Cards and Sale Items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
