Seasonal Keyholder (Part-Time)

Location: Westhampton Beach, NY

Schedule:  Up to 30 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Keyholder to join our boutique.   As a Keyholder, you will help lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This part-time seasonal role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, retail, and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

  • Meet or exceed established performance goals.  (A monthly bonus will be offered, and earnings will be based on the percentage over allotted sales goals)

  • Provide personalized customer service and build strong client relationships,  This includes Phone and email outreach to both established and developing clients to communicate updates, events, and follow-ups.

  • Ability to give advice on general style trends, showing passion for fashion and high value products.

  • Maintain an expert knowledge of products to assist clients confidently.  Product training will be provided. 

  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment for all customers.

Store Operations

  • Open and close the store when scheduled as the “Manager on Duty”

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout the store

  • Support all day-to-day store tasks, including, but not limited to shipping orders, restocking, floor moves, and inventory management

Inventory & Fulfillment

  • Receive, unpack, and process merchandise shipments

  • Accurately process online orders in a timely manner

  • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization

Team Support

  • Act as a role model to team members

  • Communicate effectively with leadership and team about goals and updates

  • Help uphold all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of retail experience preferred

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with client relationship management and customer service

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays

  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs

  • Knowledge of latest styles and trends

  • Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented

  • Proficiency with Apple devices, G-Suite, and Shopify a plus

  • Comfortable working both independently and with a team

Hourly Pay Rate

As a Sales Support, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will be a face of the brand, engaging with customers, providing product information, and helping them find what they need. This part-time seasonal role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, retail, and building client relationships as well as someone who would like to grow into a year round position.

Hourly Pay Rate

Our Sales Support Specialists  earn an hourly base pay of $20.00
