Banjanan’ story starts like many great adventures do: unexpectedly, seven thousand miles from home and with a bolt of inspiration.

The daughter of a magician with an eye for uncommon wonders, Caroline began to weave together inspiration from the rich scenes around her, stories from her far-flung travels across the globe, and fantastic visions from her own imagination to create prints and patterns imbued with wild magic.

Making prints by hand, or using generations-old looms to spin luxurious, hand designed textiles. Caroline works closely with makers of time-revered craft in Jaipur, giving her creations a timeless, heirloom quality made to last a lifetime of adventures.Banjanan is her collection of wearable works of art, all made the beautifully slow way: by hand.
