This re-purposed military jacket is hand sewn with 3-D floral appliqués and leaf patches to give it a fun feminine twist!  A tie back helps with styling it to perfection--roll up the sleeves in true Josie Bruno Vintage fashion for a cool, relaxed look!

Sustainable Fashion, Zero Waste 

Josie Bruno curates a mix of vintage and current fabrics to create a truly one of a kind garment.  All excess jacket parts are recycled into linings and trims. Finishing are always hand sewn.  

Recyle, Recreate, Redesign

Each jacket is rescued, washed, conditioned and brought back to life. All existing patches and name tags are preserved and the wear and tear of the jacket reflects its history.

Handmade

She is proud to say that she sews every jacket in her collection. Some may be the finishing stitches only and some may take over 18 hours of hand sewing. One thing is for sure, I work on every piece.
